- The tidying up and cleaning of the apartment is on request, the cost of the service is € 20.00. On the day of check out, the cleaning and sanitizing of the apartment by the staff is mandatory at the same cost.
- Inside the apartment there is the price list for the “Laundry/Ironing” service.
- The “supply/change of bed linen” and “supply/change of towels” services cost €15.00 and €10.00 per apartment. The supply is foreseen on the basis of the occupants without price variation. The towel set includes 3 towels for each guest (underwear, hand, face and shower) and a shower mat. The rearrangement and renovation of the sleeping area is not foreseen; sheets and towels will be placed on the bed or in the bathroom.
- Each apartment has a “coffee machine”. The service is free and pods are supplied based on the occupants and the number of nights.
- Stays must compulsorily be weekly “arrival date Saturday – departure date Saturday”. The cost of the stay is calculated by adding the daily rates.
- The cost of the municipal tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day (excluding 0-12 years) is excluded from the estimate. The tax is not counted in the low season (May, June, September).
